Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products, which include delicate materials such as fine papers, gold leaf, paints, books, and tools, once an item has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures the integrity, hygiene, and quality of all items we sell.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at socostore@socofujairah.ae within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will review your case and respond accordingly.
