.المخطوطة قصة من من تأليف مؤلف أندلسي من العصر السابع الهجري. من ثلاثين ورقة وأربع عشرة منمنة لا يوجد من حديث بياض ورياض سوى مخطوطة واحدة، وهي محفوظة في مكتبة الفاتيكان مكتوبة بخط مغربي. يروي حديث بياض ورياض قصة الحبَّ بياض، وهو ابن تاجر من دمشق، ورياض أَمَة وابنة حاجب .المفضلة

The manuscript is a story authored by an Andalusian writer from the 7th century AH. It consists of thirty-three pages and fourteen miniatures. Only one known manuscript of The Tale of Bayad and Riyad exists, which is preserved in the Vatican Library and written in Maghrebi script. The tale narrates the love story of Bayad, the son of a merchant from Damascus, and Riyad, a slave girl and the favorite daughter of a chamberlain.
